Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (BSER) was conducted Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test (RTET) on dated 9th September 2012 across the state at various examination centers, under the main object of implementation of Right of children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act, 2009 requires the recruitment of a large number of teachers across the state (Rajasthan) in time bound manner. Around 5, 09,207 candidates were applied for this exam. RTET was conducted at two levels. For First level the candidates appeared in exam hall are approximately 77911 while for Second level 415514 huge number strength was on the scene in 1388 centers over the state. , in response to objection taken by candidates for first displayed Answer key the result of RTET 2012 is now displayed by the Authority. For First Level total 43073 candidates are qualified where as for Second Level 158217 candidates cleared out this exam. Candidates can access their score card using Roll number on the official portal of RTET.
The validity period of the RTET qualifying certificate of appointment will be seven years from the date of issuing RTET certificate. Candidates can use this certificate as priority key for the teacher recruitment process in the state. As the result of both exam RTET 2011 and RTET 2012 are declared in same period hence candidates can able to use any one of the mark sheets which issued by BSER. Any one of the mark sheets not canceled in any case.
The instructions were that if a candidate has passed the exam last year and took RTET again in 2012, in such case only his/her New mark sheet will be valid. Many congratulations to the candidates who got qualified marks this year and those who not clear this test they can apply for it next time because there is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a TET certificate.
